EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Founder of CEO Warrior and co-owner of $28 million dollar residential service business, Gold Medal Service, Mike Agugliaro, will attend and present at this year’s Success Summit, Sept. 28 – 30 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Agugliaro’s presentation will include unique strategies on recruiting and training.
Mike Agugliaro will present “How to Hire Great Employees (and Keep Them)” on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. Agugliaro will show a better way to build a team and reveal how he’s built a large team of A-players using unique recruiting and training strategies.
“Your employees can make or break your business,” said Agugliaro. “Hiring new talent is one of the hardest jobs a business owner has. My presentation, How to Hire Great Employees (and keep them), will address areas like how to identify the ideal candidate to hire, recognize when to start hiring, define and apply reasons why people should work for them and will provide tangible ways that business owners can discover each team member’s true motivation.”
Like many service business owners, Agugliaro spent years working up to 18 hours a day in his truck, and wasn’t getting the results he wanted or needed. With a revised leadership strategy, Agugliaro and his business partner grew their less than $1 million business into a $28 million dollar home service empire with 190 employees serving more than 125,000 customers. He turned those strategies into his business coaching business, CEO Warrior, and has since authored three books, published Home ServiceMAX magazine, and hosts a weekly podcast series, teleseminars and regular coaching events.
