SOLON, OHIO – Direct Recruiters Inc. (DRI), an executive search and staffing firm, is pleased to announce that Gary Gardiner has joined them as their HVAC Team Leader.
Gardiner is expanding the HVAC, temperature controls, mechanical contracting, and energy services market segments for Direct Recruiters. His previous experience as a sales engineer and director of marketing in the HVAC industry, and 15 years as an HVAC industry recruiter, allow him unique insights into clarifying client needs and recruiting high level performers.
Most recently he was the owner of Gary Gardiner Professional Services and Management Recruiters of Chagrin Falls.
“Joining forces with DRI will immediately allow me to better assist my valued customers with additional services and recruiting power,” said Gardiner. “This opportunity will also provide me with a platform to expand our reach in to this exciting industry.”

Gardiner has been interviewed by the Cleveland Plain Dealer regarding HVAC career opportunities both nationally and locally. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and is active on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Sight Center. He earned his BSME from Stanford University and his MBA at CWRU’s Weatherhead School of Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, skiing, traveling, and SCUBA diving.
