Steve Coscia earns the Certified Speaking Professional designation

PHILADELPHIA – CONTRACTOR magazine is proud to announce that Steve Coscia, author of the HVAC Customer Service Handbook and one of CONTRACTOR’s Best Practices columnists, has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, which is conferred by the National Speakers Association. The CSP designation is the speaking profession’s international measure of public speaking excellence.
