LEBANON, TENN.– The national television program “This Old House” will feature the installation of high-efficiency equipment from Lochinvar on an episode scheduled to air on Thursday, January 10.  Both the Knight Heating Boiler and the Squire Indirect Water Heater are featured on the final episode for the Cambridge House series, which highlights the transformation of an outdated, 1887 Queen Anne in Massachusetts into an open, airy, Scandinavian-inspired home.  Viewers who tune-in to the show will get a look at the high-efficiency heating system, as well as a report from an energy auditor on the home’s performance after the renovation.

This is Lochinvar’s second appearance on “This Old House.”  Based on the size of the home and the specs of the project, Trethewey and the Lochinvar team chose to install a fire-tube KNIGHT Wall Mount Boiler with an input of 85,000 Btu/hr (WHN085), as well as a 40-gallon Squire Indirect Water Heater (SIT040).

"We always enjoy working with Rich Trethewey and the ‘This Old House’ crew,” said Stirling Boston, director of marketing for Lochinvar.  “We’re thrilled that they came to us for assistance with the Cambridge Project and we can’t wait to see the KNIGHT and Squire in action on the final episode for this impressive renovation.”
