Enerfab acquires Kansas City-based Foley Company

CINCINNATI, OH  – Enerfab Power & Industrial, Inc., a leader in construction, electrical and maintenance services in the energy and chemical industry, announced that they have acquired Foley Company from Varistar Corporation, a subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation. Foley Company is a leader in mechanical contracting and general construction.
 
Foley Company, which delivers high-quality specialized mechanical and construction services focused on water/wastewater, power, industrial, commercial, healthcare, fabrication and special projects, has been in business for more than 100 years. The company has a proven track record of customer satisfaction, competitive pricing, quality projects and high integrity. Foley Company consistently ranks as one of the top 100 specialty contractors and top 500 mechanical contractors in the country. The company will keep its current name.

Similar to Enerfab, the company has certified fabrication facilities, including ASME R, PP, S and U weld certificates and an NQA-1 nuclear certificate.
