Lawrence Leonard, CAE, CMP, has joined PHCC—National Association’s Quality Service Contractors (QSC) as its incoming executive director. Leonard will replace Charlie Wallace, who is retiring next month.

“We are excited to have Lawrence join our team,” said PHCC—National Association Executive Vice President Michael Copp.  “He will spend the next month learning about the organization before meeting QSC members in person March 17-19 at QSC’s Power Meeting in Daytona Beach, Florida.”

“We are impressed by Lawrence’s many successes in developing the right types of strategies to achieve organizational excellence, which is what QSC is all about,” said QSC Chair Bob Macca.  “We look forward to working with him in the future.”
