Nexstar Network announced that Gresham Ard has joined its business coaching staff filing the shoes of Julian Scadden as Nexstar Network’s Training Implementation Coach.

Minneapolis, MN -- Nexstar Network announced that Gresham Ard has joined its business coaching staff filing the shoes of Julian Scadden as Nexstar Network’s Training Implementation Coach. Scadden will continue to support Nexstar members as the new Training & Events Manager.

Ard has extensive experience in the industry beginning at the young age of 14 in a family business. He’s a team player with a considerable amount of leadership training and is ready to coach Nexstar members.

His customers-first approach is best summarized as, “I believe in a mission where we help people first and we just happen to know how to fix toilets, furnaces and light fixtures, too. “ said Gresham Ard.

Julian Scadden has been with Nexstar since 2012 and helped create a new coaching role that supports successful implementation of field sales and customer service behaviors. “Julian has been invaluable in helping our members implement change in their businesses,” said Jack Tester, Nexstar President & CEO. “He will now manage over 80 training events annually and move into a direct training role teaching our service technician and service management curriculums.”

Dedicated Coaches Support PHCE Residential Contractor Success

As part of the Nexstar coaching and training staff, Julian and Gresham join a team of 15 dedicated coaches and trainers who work with plumbing, HVAC and electrical residential service contractors to help them improve their businesses.

Nexstar members benefit from one-on-one coaching in addition to world-class training for technicians, call center staff and company leadership based on its proprietary Service System for sales and customer service.
