EAST PETERSBURG, PA. —The National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP) will launch the Home Comfort Specialist Academy (HCSA) at its Annual Convention and Trade Show, May 19-23, 2013, at the HERSHEY Lodge, Hershey, Pa.
“Our 2013 event will be extra special because it marks our Association’s 60th year of supporting energy-industry professionals,” said Judy Garber, executive director of OESP. “Much has changed in our industry, but our commitment to education never waivers. This year’s event will be a winner with the introduction of our latest initiative, the Home Comfort Specialist Academy.”
The overall objective of the HCSA is to provide information to participants to help them address the complex needs of today’s energy consumers. This year’s seminars include heat gain and heat loss, efficiencies and AFUE, prospecting and marketing, and customer relations. Visit www.thinkoesp.org for more information about HCSA.
OESP invites all industry professionals — plumbers, chimney experts, home inspectors, HVACR contractors — to attend the event. In addition to educational seminars and a trade show featuring new and exciting products, there will be networking opportunities.
