ARS/Rescue Rooter acquires Brothers Air & Heat, Inc.

MEMPHIS, TENN. — ARS/Rescue Rooter, a privately held, nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating, plumbing and energy efficient attic insulation services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Brothers Air & Heat, Inc. located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Brothers Air & Heat is one of the largest, and most established, premium service providers in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina metropolitan market. Brothers has rapidly grown from a small operation to a company that has built an outstanding reputation and received numerous awards for workmanship and community involvement.
