NORTHBROOK, ILL. — I just read Bob Miodonski's article on the perfect service call presentation and feel the content is excellent ("Perfect sales call requires 10 steps," April, pg. 7). I plan to use it to create an outline for our company.
The reason I make time to review and read CONTRACTOR magazine even though I am not a plumber is that there are always small gold flakes buried beyond the feature articles as was the case with this one. Pan in the right places for those gold flakes, and you end up with gold bars. These articles are the right place to be panning for gold.
