FALLS CHURCH, VA. – Enterprise Fleet Services, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association have signed an agreement for Enterprise to offer fleet management services to PHCC members.

According to the agreement, Enterprise will provide PHCC members with an array of fleet management services designed to lower operating costs, as well as the opportunity to have their current fleet management method analyzed at no cost.

“Enterprise has a reputation for managing small- to mid-size fleets,” said PHCC President Bill Trombly.

“And with 44 locations across the United States, Enterprise’s fleet management specialists can provide localized and personal service to our members throughout the country.”

Through the agreement, PHCC members may save time and money by using Enterprise to select vehicles, options and after-market equipment that meet their individual requirements, as well as to handle all registration and reporting paperwork, including license and tag renewals, Trombly said.

With Enterprise’s maintenance management program, which is staffed by veteran mechanics and accredited Automotive Service Excellence technicians whose expertise helps control repair costs, customers routinely receive maximum warranty benefits, as well as rebates, price breaks and other opportunities to minimize expenses, the company said. Enterprise also offers a fuel card program to manage gasoline purchases, risk management services, a vehicle disposal program, and driver safety and vehicle monitoring programs.

To help PHCC members to keep track of most of their fleet operations from a computer with a standard Web browser, Enterprise offers an online fleet management reporting system.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to work with the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association and look forward to demonstrating how a fleet management program can help companies with 10 or more work trucks, service vans or other company vehicles lower their operating costs,” said Tony Davis, national accounts sales manager. “As we begin tailoring individual programs to the needs of each PHCC member, we will become their partners in ensuring that fleets run at peak efficiency.”

Enterprise also provides services ranging from vehicle acquisition, fuel management and insurance programs to registration, reporting and vehicle remarketing. For more information, visit its Web site at www.enterprise.com/ fleets or call 877/23-FLEET.
