EMCOR Services' Betlem launches restaged residential brand

ROCHESTER, NY -- EMCOR Group Inc. announced that the residential business unit of its EMCOR Services Betlem subsidiary formerly known as Betlem Residential will now, like its commercial business unit, be known as EMCOR Services Betlem. Based in Rochester, N.Y., the company has been a leader in home heating and air conditioning services in Upstate New York for over 80 years.

EMCOR Services Betlem has re-branded its residential unit and has repositioned the business with a comprehensive, customer directed approach delivered through the straightforward slogan: “We Heat. We Cool. We Care.” The new look and new name of EMCOR Services Betlem has been integrated throughout its business on everything from uniforms to service vehicles. An integrated marketing campaign will launch the new brand throughout the Rochester marketplace including, television advertising, billboard, direct mail, newspapers, website (www.emcorbetlem.com), substantial money saving offers, and more.

Importantly, EMCOR’s “Taking KidSafety To The Street” partnership program with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) -- which has helped recover 171 missing kids over the last 4+ years as a result of the efforts of EMCOR’s 26,000 employees and pictures of missing children on its 6,000 service vehicles nationally -- will be uniquely expanded throughout the Rochester area in order to help escalate the number of missing children recovered each year.

Specifically, the company has established a special Rochester focus to EMCOR’s “Taking KidSafety To The Street” Program whereby a different Rochester area missing child will be featured on the posters placed on all EMCOR Services Betlem service vehicles each month. Further, the EMCOR Services Betlem Web site will also carry the picture of the missing child featured each month. The website additionally carries EMCOR’s “Taking KidSafety To The Street” “My Safety Tips” free child information booklet, and “Kids Safety Challenge”; service technicians will also leave behind copies of the “My Safety Tips” child information booklet and child friendly bookmarks.

“We understand that having someone come into your home to have work of any kind done, is an extremely personal experience,” stated Jerry Cott, General Manager of EMCOR Services Betlem. “And, yes, we fix and install heating, cooling, etc., but, most importantly, we care about our customers and our community, and at the end of the day, that’s our true point of difference and what we want our clients to experience.”
