PITTSBURGH - Linc Network LLC has added a new franchise location in New York - its fifth in the state overall and first in nearly four years.
Farmingdale, N.Y.-based Master Mechanical Corp., a mechanical contractor specializing in HVACR services for customers in Long Island and the five boroughs, signed a franchise agreement at the end of December. After a start-up meeting earlier this month, the company began selling Linc Service to its commercial clients. Master Mechanical marks Linc’s 13th new franchise location in 2007 and first in New York since Mazza Mechanical Services joined the network in December 2004.
The Linc Service Network is an organization with more than 130 members in the United States, Canada and Bermuda.
As the newest Linc Service contractor, Master Mechanical will use the Linc System to deliver preventive maintenance, HVAC service and energy solutions to the commercial market in Long Island and the five boroughs. In an effort to grow the commercial side of their organization, Master Mechanical Principals Joe and Jamie Bonifazio met with Linc representatives in the fall to see how the franchisor’s system for operating an HVAC service business could strengthen what they offer their customers. The Bonifazios found that many aspects of the Linc System would be able to provide them with the tools to expand their operations.
“With Linc’s proven solutions and powerful tools now part of its capabilities package, Master Mechanical is poised for greater growth and success as a member of the Linc Service Network,” Linc President and CEO Scott Giacobbe said. “As a Linc Service Contractor, Joe and Jamie will be able to distinguish themselves from the competition by utilizing the power of our network to provide world-class service for their customers.”
