After 50 years of perfect attendance as a plumbing inspector and delivery man for Mansfield Plumbing, Ron Kline has some great advice to share with other professionals. The 70 year old veteran spoke with Newsweek and gave some career advice, including to always keep a positive attitude.

“Too many kids have a negative attitude. You have to have an attitude where you are looking on the bright side. You want to treat people like you want to be treated. You need to have a good outlook. Too many people have a negative attitude. And it shows in the way they work.”
