EAST PETERSBURG, PA. — The National Association of Oil & Energy Service Professional’s first Road Show will feature over 13 hours of education for industry professionals. The two-day event will take place at Mohegan Sun Resort in Connecticut from May 12-13, 2014. The education program includes something for everyone with both managerial and technical classes.
The management-specific sessions will give owners and managers a sneak peak at OESP’s Professional Service Manager’s Academy. During the first day’s sessions, contractors can learn more about the true cost of a call back, the impacts of recurring service revenue, implementing change, quality service pricing, how to gain customers and increase referrals, and low-rate financing for energy-efficient heating systems. On the second day, managers can take courses on budgeting and risk management.
The Road Show’s technical and sales workshops will give contractors insight into new technology and alternative fuels. These sessions will cover smart pumps, controls and resets, duct design, ventilation, efficiencies and fuel costs, outdoor reset controls, mini splits, radiant, future energy trends, and more.
Attendees can also earn NATE and NORA CEUs. OESP will also offer the Roth Eco Double-Wall Oil Tank training and certification course. The full education schedule is available at http://bit.ly/1ka4gpB.
In addition to an extensive education program, OESP’s Road Show will feature a networking reception and a trade show, so attendees can make connections and see new products in action.
