International Environmental Corp.'s Rob Copeland describes the MiniReStoraMOD, a minimally invasive retrofit fan coil for multi-family, hotel and dormitory applications. The unit measures only 14.5"x14.5" so it can be slid into the existing cabinetry. Controls, the fan motor and the coil are accessible from the front.
