Globe Union family welcomes Banaszak to marketing team

Debbie Banaszak has recently joined the Globe Union family of brands as Brand Manager for both Gerber Plumbing Fixtures and Danze, Inc.

WOODRIDGE, IL. –- Debbie Banaszak has recently joined the Globe Union family of brands as Brand Manager for both Gerber Plumbing Fixtures and Danze, Inc.

With more than 20 years of brand management experience, Banaszak will oversee several areas for each brand.  For Gerber, Banaszak will manage integrated marketing campaigns and new product introductions focusing on the plumbing professional and industry influencers.  For Danze, she will lead overall brand development and strategic planning as it relates to builder, designer, wholesalers, showrooms and other industry professionals, as well as consumer audiences.

Banaszak’s track record is proven in the club, retail, mass merchant, wholesale and co-op channels.  She most recently served as Brand and Customer Marketing Manager at ACH Food Companies where she was responsible for Tone’s Spice, Spice Island and Weber Spice.  Prior to that she worked on consumer brands including Suave, Kraft Foods, Quaker Oats among others.

Banaszak earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Saint
Xavier University in Marketing and an Undergraduate degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
