Demand Mechanical offers industry leading technical services for the commercial markets in the Nashville area. We employ some of the top talent in the area making us an easy choice for servicing high profile customers. Our broad range of services from controls and HVAC to mechanical and plumbing allow us to perform any project in house. This not only improves efficiency, it provides value to the customer.
2. How many trucks are does Demand Mechanical have? What type of trucks (make and model)?
Demand Mechanical currently has 18 trucks servicing Nashville. We are running all late model Chevrolet vehicles which include 4 KUVs, 8 extra cab service bed trucks, 1 one ton diesel dually crew cab, and 4 vans. We do have one Ford 550 with a lift gate which we utilize for deliveries.
3. What are the most used tools at Demand Mechanical?
With a broad range of services we utilize our laptops as much as our welding machines. During the cooling season our refrigerant recovery equipment gets a work out. As a plumbing service provider our jetter and camera seem to be always in need. During heating season we utilize our combustion analyzer quite frequently doing boiler service. So the question is best answered with it all depends on the season.
4. What equipment is most installed during commercial jobs?
We install a lot of chillers, cooling towers, boilers, DX units, and air handling equipment. Along with this type of work we also install a lot of the support equipment such as pumps, VFDs, and piping systems such as Aquatherm.
