The company has created two new management positions and added new hires amid recent growth.

BROOKLINE, NH — DECCO, Inc. has announced two new management positions and new hires amid recent growth, expansion of services and strategic business initiatives.

“This is an exciting time in DECCO’s history as we announce these strategic new positions,” notes Kyle Reagan, CEO, DECCO, Inc. “These new appointments will play a key role in the expansion of services supporting new and existing clients with an emphasis on promoting a safety-first culture, enhanced quality practices and a dedication to integrity that has become a hallmark of the DECCO Difference.”

Edwin Jones, Director of Environmental, Health & Safety: In this new position, Edwin will provide leadership and oversight for DECCO’s EH&S program with a focus on pro-active communications and promotion of a safety culture. Edwin has more than 30 years of experience in the management of health and safety programs. Edwin retains Professional accreditations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as an SMS (Safety Management Systems) and CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technologist), as well as from the Utility Safety & Ops Leadership Network as a CUSP (Certified Utility Safety Professional).

Dale Cailler, Corporate Manager: In this new position, Dale supports DECCO leadership overseeing the development, implementation, and management of key strategic projects, collaborating across various departments to ensure strategic goals and deliverables are successfully executed. Dale brings more than 25 years of experience in account management and leadership to this role offering vision to manage and deliver corporate initiatives.

Brian Burns, Project Manager: Brian will serve as Project Manager within our DECCO Construction Group. Brian joins DECCO with over a decade of experience as a Systems Test Engineering professional focused on evaluating product quality, reliability, and manufacturability while leading teams. Brian retains a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and OSHA 10-hour certification.

Molly Reagan, Project Engineer: Molly joins DECCO from her recent position as Director of Public Affairs at the Associated Builders & Contractors of Massachusetts. As Project Engineer she will assist both the preconstruction and construction teams with estimating, project documentation, material procurement and selection. Molly retains a BS in Political Science and Journalism from Simmons University, and has spent the last two years helping ABC’s government affairs team create and manage legislative strategies that promote merit shop construction.
