CATHERINES, ONTARIO, CANADA — Right Time Group of Companies (Right Time), a leading provider of residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical services, announced it has named Doug Hart as Chief Executive Officer. Right Time is majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm.

Proven Record of Success
Most recently, Hart served as Chief Executive Officer at Royal House Partners, a home services business spanning the southern and central US. During his tenure, he substantially grew the company’s marketing and sales capabilities, while significantly driving operational efficiencies and improving profitability.
Hart was the former Vice President, International at Terminix, where he was responsible for the non-US business covering Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Western Canada and also Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Reliance Home Comfort, where he held key roles in operations and in increasing sales and revenues in the residential and commercial markets.
He holds a BCom from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
