LYNNWOOD/SEATTLE, WA — UMC has promoted Joe Bray to Service Director, expanding his role to lead service operations with a focus on consistency, team alignment and execution.
Focus on Process Consistency and Field Execution
In his new role, Bray will work to align service operations, implement standardized processes and ensure teams have the resources needed to perform consistently in the field.

Bray began his career with UMC as a Project Engineer and moved through roles in project and account management, gaining experience in fast-paced and technically demanding environments.
His background includes work in research and development settings, where coordination, problem-solving and adaptability are key.

With a mechanical engineering background, Bray brings technical experience along with a focus on team development and accountability.
His role will include building stronger internal alignment while supporting team members in meeting performance expectations across service operations.
