CARTERVILLE, ILL. — I agree totally with Michael Gray. My customers could care less about the info your magazine is publishing. As a rule my customers want more hot water, more pressure and volume in their showers and if it costs anymore to save on these two things, they won't pay more. The people that need to save aren't spending money, if they are it is for just what it takes to fix a problem. My experience with the high tech equipment that you report on has been a nightmare. It takes a rocket scientist to service most of the high-tech fixtures. I look through the magazine but usually only get a few bits of information that is useful to me. I realize you aren't making the high-tech products in your magazine, but you are promoting them.
