SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Nexstar Network is pleased to announce the hiring of two new coaches, Steffan Busch and Jamie Robinson.

Robinson is in a business coaching role, helping Nexstar members grow their residential service companies by providing tailored advice. He spent the first half of his 18-year career in public accounting, and the second half in the HVAC and plumbing trades as general manager at Brothers Air, Heating and Plumbing, a former Nexstar member company. Director of Coaching Scott Pearson said he is glad to have Robinson on the coaching bench.

“His success in growing a service company on both the top line and bottom line is a plus for the Nexstar membership,” Pearson said. “His accounting background is an added bonus that makes him a valuable resource.”

Robinson said he is most looking forward to being able to help Nexstar members grow their businesses using Nexstar systems, just like he and his team did at Brothers.

“I am also excited that I get to work with the best contractors around the country, who put customers and employees first and adhere to strong ethical values to promote strong community relationships,” he said.

Busch is in a specialized coaching role as the recruiting and workforce development coach. He is a nontraditional human resources professional who specializes in recruiting and retention. He has worked 12 years in the HR industry.

“Our members often tell us that hiring and retaining great talent is a challenge in their businesses,” Pearson said. “I can’t wait for what Steffan’s coaching will be able to do for members who struggle in this area.”

Busch said he hopes to serve as a valued resource for members in creating recruitment strategy.

“My passion has always been to help the managers I support attract and retain top level talent,” Busch said. “My goal is to extend that passion to members in their efforts to recruit and retain top level talent in the industry.”

Busch and Robinson join a team of 36 dedicated coaches, trainers and support staff who work with plumbing, HVAC and electrical residential service contractors to help them improve their businesses.
