KOSCIUSKO, MISS. — Ivey Mechanical Company, LLC, headquartered in Kosciusko, Mississippi, is pleased to announce the acquisition of OptiMech, LLC. OptiMech is a cutting edge provider of design-build mechanical solutions serving the needs of the industrial and institutional marketplace.

The firm offers a wide portfolio of integrated engineering, mechanical laboratory and process construction solutions. OptiMech is located in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and focuses primarily on the data center, laboratory, industrial and food and beverage market segments across the country.

Denny Terrell, president of Ivey Mechanical Company said, “This acquisition will strengthen the operations of both groups by sharing resources, knowledge and experience with very little overlap. For Ivey, this acquisition will add approximately 15% in additional revenues and in the number of employees. Also, it will substantially increase the workload in our fabrication shops located in Kosciusko.”
