Baltimore — The codes, standards and legislative initiatives related to engineering, energy and the environment are as numerous as the world is diverse. To capture them all, in explicit detail, would require a voluminous document. Thanks to Danfoss' North American operation, however, we've assembled this page to provide you with an overview, a snapshot, of five initiatives, two from the Air-conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute, one from AHRI and the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy, and two from the U.S Department of Energy. We'll have two more similar pages in future issues that will list the key codes, standards and legislative initiatives that are impacting engineering innovation, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
