    ASHLAND CITY, TENN. (March 17, 2011) - A. O. Smith (www.hotwater.com) has signed on as the Official Education Sponsor for Quality Service Contractors (QSC). Quality Service Contactors is a leading international trade organization that serves plumbing and HVAC-R service and repair ontractors.

    As the Official Education Sponsor, A. O. Smith will provide many of the tools and resources used to supply contractor education to QSC members throughout the year as well as at the upcoming QSC Power Meeting XXXIV. As part of the Official Education Sponsorship, A. O. Smith will provide
    bi-weekly tech training, QSC HR consulting, and other online resources to contractor members.

    The QSC Power Meeting XXXIV will be held April 7-9 at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. Participants at the upcoming Nashville Power Meeting may also take a tour of the nearby A. O. Smith plant, where they will learn about water heater production, green products and customer care practices. To
