Shapiro & Duncan has announced the expansion of its office.

ROCKVILLE, MD. — Shapiro & Duncan, dedicated to providing cutting edge mechanical solutions, including pre-construction, construction, design-building, fabrication, installation and maintenance services which provide and promote every step of the building process, announced the expansion of its office.

Shapiro & Duncan executed the new expansion to assist its growing team to be more productive and efficient when working together and to allow more of their employees to work from the same location. The new, 1,700-sq.ft. space includes six new project manager offices, six new assistant manager work areas, and an additional conference room. The new space has also been designed to allow the team to use their ASI controls and provide the human resources department with their own work area. This newly expanded facility will also allow Shapiro & Duncan to increase its estimating efforts and the number of projects it bids on each week, while continuing to be the long-lasting leading mechanical solutions provider in the D.C. metro area.
