    PAST CHAIRMAN QUALITY SERVICE CONTRACTORS

SPRING, TEXAS — Great articles in the April issue of CONTRACTOR. And, as always, positive comments and articles about Quality Service Contractors are appreciated ("Recruit new employees as you would find customers," pg. 5).

I really like Bob Mader's article on the speaker at the MCAA workshop on keeping staff accountable (pg. 5). And Matt Michel's column on home shows (pg. 22) pointed out something that we only half capitalized on during our last

local home show — assigning roles to move people through the booth. We used the blocker and the lead collector but failed to assign a designated greeter who could deliver the presentation on the company. That's something we'll definitely add to our next show.

Thanks again for a great magazine!
