NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. — Hacker Industries has licensed two new applicators for its line of floor underlayments.
Alaska-based Best Transit Mix will serve south central Alaska and the Kenai Peninsula installing the full line of Firm-Fill gypsum concretes and Gyp-Span radiant floor underlayments. In business since 1983, Best Transit Mix incorporated in 1986 and is a member of the Alaska General Contractors Association and the Kenai Peninsula Builders Association. Best Transit Mix also provides a wide range of concrete services from installing ready mix concrete to selling concrete block, building systemsand aggregates.
JG Concrete, based in Midland, Texas, will serve west Texas, installing Hacker floor underlayments in addition to offering concrete services installing foundations, slabs, concrete repair and restoration, stamped concrete, epoxy injection and toppings.
Hacker floor underlayments are non-structural gypsum concretes designed for use in radiant heating, new construction, renovation and repair projects to create a level, firm floor ready for the installation of finished floor goods.
More than 750 million sq. ft. of Hacker floor underlayments have been installed in more than 60,000 structures nationwide by licensed applicators, according to the company. Hacker Industries said it allows only trained, licensed applicators to apply its products.
