    PHILADELPHIA — Fluidics Inc., a mechanical-electrical-service contractor based here, has been awarded a “2004 Mechanical Contractors Association of America Certificate of Commendation” for safety achievement. This award was achieved as a result of Fluidics’ lost time incident rate being more than 25% below the industry average for 2003. The industry averages are based on mechanical contractors that produce 300,000-999,999 man-hours.

    Fluidics also announced that its Experience Modification Rate, or EMR, improved to 0.476.
