• Thermo Pride Receives Grants

    LANCASTER, PA. Thermo Pride has received two research grants from the National Oilheat Research Association. Over the next year, Thermo Pride will use the grants from NORA to research the feasibility of a two-stage oil furnace with an ECM motor, as well as to expand its line of ThermoPacks to include four- and five-ton versions of the packaged oil furnace/air conditioning units.     LANCASTER, PA. — Thermo Pride has received two research grants from the National Oilheat Research Association.

    Over the next year, Thermo Pride will use the grants from NORA to research the feasibility of a two-stage oil furnace with an ECM motor, as well as to expand its line of ThermoPacks to include four- and five-ton versions of the packaged oil furnace/air conditioning units.

    John Huber, president of NORA, said that providing funds for this type of research is critical to the success of NORA and the oil-heating industry.
