THE NEXT HYBRID GAS WATER HEATER features a heat transfer process that utilizes a secondary heat exchanger to capture heated flue gasses from the integral tankless unit and route it back through a buffer tank to extract additional energy. By combining the performance of a tankless unit with a small heated water reserve it is able to handle high demand periods and still deliver 90% thermal efficiency
