FALLS CHURCH, VA — The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) has announced that internationally recognized leadership expert, motivational speaker and bestselling author Dr. Rick Goodman will serve as keynote speaker for PHCC CONNECT 2026, taking place October 19–22 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Known for his engaging presentations and practical leadership strategies, Dr. Goodman has spent more than three decades helping organizations improve workplace culture, strengthen communication and build high-performing teams.
Keynote Addresses Workforce and Leadership Challenges
Dr. Goodman will present The Hidden ROI of Belonging: Building a Symphony of Talent in the Workplace, a keynote designed to help contractors develop stronger teams and create more connected, productive workplaces.
His presentation will focus on leadership, resilience and employee engagement—topics that continue to be critical for plumbing and HVACR contractors facing workforce shortages, talent retention challenges and evolving business demands.
