FORT WAYNE, IN — Cale Campbell has been named Vice President of Operations of Havel and its Precision Controls of Indianapolis (PCI) divisions of Shambaugh & Son, L.P. Campbell’s promotion to this role comes after 22 years of holding positions of increasing responsibility with the company and is one that supports further client needs and growth opportunities.
Havel and PCI are divisions of Shambaugh & Son, L.P., the third largest specialty contractor in the U.S., and a subsidiary of Emcor Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services for a diverse range of businesses.

Campbell’s expanded responsibilities include management of all Havel and Precision Controls of Indianapolis operations. Havel provides comprehensive construction services for the installation of mechanical, electrical and building automation systems as well as maintenance, service and energy solutions. Precision Controls also provides unique solutions for controls and service challenges, including building automation controls; process controls, systems integration, and instrument calibration; and heating, ventilating, air conditioning service and replacements.
Cale Campbell earned his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Purdue University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana. His professional background includes multiple certifications and training accolades including DBIA-(Design-Build Institute of America) certification and 10-Hour OSHA “Competent Training Construction Course” certification.
