NORTH OLMSTED, OH — Moen Incorporated has received the 2016 Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year. This year marks the third win in the category for Moen’s Consumer Services department. The American Business Awards, The Stevies, are the only national, all-encompassing business awards program in the United States.
“It’s truly an honor to be recognized for the outstanding work of our Contact Center. At Moen, we believe in not only developing thoughtfully designed products, but we’re committed to putting the customer first,” said Andy Cifranic, senior manager, Contact Center, Moen. “It started with our founder, Al Moen, and continues today as best-in-class customer service is one of our brand pillars. Our Consumer Services department is available day and night to help answer any questions, with the goal of ensuring homeowners are having the best experience possible with their Moen products.”
The judges reviewing the nominations noted Moen’s attention to creating and maintaining brand advocates. “Customer focus appears to be their forte, besides attending to consumer experience and satisfaction, they believe in gaining consumer feedback to keep their work on track,” according to one judge. While another noted that Moen “has embraced a service culture.”
The award is in recognition for accomplishments in 2015. The Stevies feature a wide variety of categories to honor achievements in every facet of the workplace. There were more than 3,400 nominations from organizations operating in the United States that were reviewed in the judging process by over 250 professionals, whose average scores determined the winner. The awards program is competitive and entries have almost tripled over the past few years.
