Key insights into field service operations

FieldAware conducted a survey, from August to November 2013, to find key insights into field service operations. The survey was e-mailed to service technicians in a variety of industries, such as residential and business services (HVAC, Electric, etc.), construction, energy, telecommunications, wholesale trade, food and beverage, and healthcare (all having a field-based component to their business).
