DALLAS, TX – TDIndustries (TD) has promoted Sheri Tillman from Corporate Counsel to General Counsel.
Tillman will take on a broader role of providing legal advice and will serve as a primary liaison with external legal counsel. She will continue to manage the Legal/Contracts department.
Tillman brought a decade of legal experience when she joined TD as a contract specialist in 2013. Since then, she has supported business units and senior leaders across TD’s seven locations.
She attended Texas A&M University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor law degree in 2003. Tillman is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas, is a member of the Dallas Bar Association-Construction Law Section, American Bar Association-Construction Law Forum and State Bar College.
Tillman serves on the board of directors for the American Subcontractors’ North Texas chapter and the Women’s In-House Network.
