The Bradford White International Technical Excellence Center is an 18,500-sq.ft. USGBC LEED Gold Certified building in Middleville, Mich. Contractors, engineers and wholesale distributors and sales representatives come from all over the country to receive hands-on technical training here. The training center also has an impressive, 4,000-sq.ft. mechanical room that showcases an energy-efficient, variable-frequency drive HVAC system with boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
