CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Last week, AirTight Co-Owners Greg and Connie Crumpton accepted an award on behalf of AirTight Mechanical for volunteering at the Humane Society of Charlotte.

“We are very humbled by being recognized for our volunteerism,” stated Crumpton. “It is our goal each and every single day to serve our customers and give back to the community.”

Over the past year, the Crumpton’s and AirTight have donated countless man hours and more than $6,000 worth of equipment to install appliances (a
commercial dishwasher, washer and dryer) and air conditioning systems at
the Humane Society of Charlotte. This donation has saved the organization
approximately 500 man hours per year in cleaning and sanitizing, as well as provided an air conditioned environment for the animals which is critical in the heat of the summer.

“Connie, Greg and the entire AirTight team exemplify what it means to be generous, compassionate and lovers of animals,” said Donna Canzano, director at the Humane Society. “They understand the importance of caring for those that have no voice and giving them the best possible life they can have.”
