ORLANDO, FLA. — Mechanical contractor S.I. Goldman Co. Inc. has been awarded HVAC and plumbing contracts with both Coca-Cola and Seminole Community College.
“With almost five decades spent serving Central Florida's commercial construction needs, we're proud to have earned the trust of such respected names in the community,” said John Martin, S.I. Goldman's president.
R.C. Stevens, the commercial construction company and general contractor for a new cold storage cooler at the Coca-Cola facility in Auburndale, Fla., recently selected S. I. Goldman to perform the facility's HVAC and plumbing work. The project, which will be complete in March 2008, will involve a relocation of the 10-in. domestic water line and the installation of three pieces of refrigeration equipment. The firm also was chosen by Seminole Community College as the primary contractor for new heating hot water and domestic water services to the main campus's B and H buildings. The project will involve installation of two new boilers, one storage tank and two pumps as well as associated pipe, valves and fittings.
