ARS Buys Contractors in Vegas, San Diego

In order to provide expanded services and an extended commitment to the residents and businesses of the Las Vegas area, plumbing and air conditioning provider, Yes! ARS, has acquired substantially all the assets of the Las Vegas location of Service Max, through its parent company, American Residential Services LLC.

ARS, has acquired substantially all the assets of the Las Vegas location of Service Max, through its parent company, American Residential Services LLC.

With the acquisition of Service Max, Yes! ARS now becomes a dominant HVAC service and replacement provider in the Las Vegas area, and a leading member of the ARS/Rescue Rooter Network, a national network of more than 60 branches who provide HVAC and plumbing across the country.

“Service Max is well-known throughout the area for their superior customer service and workmanship, and we are proud to have them joining the Yes! ARS family,” said Ken Goodrich, ARS/Rescue Rooter Southwest division vice president.

Known for their Hire the Hippo marketing program, Service Max will now operate as part of Yes! ARS, and former Service Max principal Curtis Coker will become part of the senior management team.

In San Diego County, Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air has joined the ARS/Rescue Rooter national network.

ARS/Rescue Rooter acquired Lloyds through parent company American Residential Services LLC.

“Joining the ARS/Rescue Rooter family allows us to expand our services throughout San Diego County, while continuing to provide outstanding customer service to our residential and commercial customers in the area,” said Steve Jaspers, former owner of Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air.

Lloyds will now operate under the ARS/Rescue Rooter brand, which currently has an established location in San Diego providing plumbing and HVAC services. Jaspers has joined the management team of ARS/Rescue Rooter of San Diego.

“Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air has served the residents of San Diego County for more than 14 years, and is well-known for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise,” said Ken Goodrich, ARS/Rescue Rooter Southwest division vice president. “In addition to growing services in the area, with Steve Jaspers joining our San Diego management team, ARS/Rescue Rooter is reinforcing its commitment to building a team of quality industry professionals nationwide.”

With the addition of Lloyds, ARS/Rescue Rooter is also positioned to expand its nationwide partnership with Home Depot Home Services. Currently, the company provides HVAC replacement services through more than 250 Home Depot locations nationwide, and will now expand this partnership into San Diego-area locations.
