SAN FRANCISCO, CA and LUFKIN, TX — /PRNewswire/ — Percheron Capital ("Percheron"), a private equity firm focused on partnering with high-quality essential services businesses, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in McWilliams & Son ("McWilliams" or the "Company"), a leading residential HVAC and plumbing services platform. Following the transaction, McWilliams' Chief Executive Officer, Trey McWilliams, will remain a significant investor and continue to lead the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
