GLENDALE, AZ — Forrest Anderson Plumbing and Air Conditioning Inc. (Forrest Anderson), a Glendale-based, family-owned business serving the greater Phoenix metro area since 1961, has been named a finalist for the 2023 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics. The annual program from the Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB) recognizes outstanding businesses that maintain a solid commitment to ethics and trust in the marketplace.
“My grandfather started this company in 1961 with core values that are rooted in ethical business practices. To this day, we incorporate my grandfather’s values in all of our processes,” said Audrey Monell, President of Forrest Anderson Plumbing and Air Conditioning. “To be recognized as a finalist for the BBB Torch Awards proves our company values remain strong in today’s business economy. BBB Torch Award for Ethics finalists are selected by an independent, voluntary panel of judges comprised of business and community leaders. Nominees are judged based on the character of the organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how the company prioritizes its relationship with customers, and the impact the organization is making in its community.
