Fin (www.intercom.ai)  is an AI Agent for customer service, suitable for service contractors, designed to automate customer support and enhance technician productivity, helping manage high volume and after-hour calls, with ability to deliver  answers and resolve complex customer queries.

Powered by a proprietary modular architecture designed specifically for the scale and complexity of customer devices, it enables you to train it on your procedures, knowledge, and policies, test performance with AI simulations before launch, and then analyze and improve with AI-powered insights through a continuous improvement loop (called the Fin Flywheel).

How it works: Fin replies to email instantly from your domain in your brand voice, with, (says the developer), clarity and accuracy.  Whether on your existing live chat tool or via the third party Intercom Messenger (customizable AI-powered conversational widget for websites and mobile apps designed for real-time customer support, engagement, and onboarding), it can also deliver conversational support experiences to customers, including answering customer questions and performing guided troubleshooting and step-by-step diagnostics (including such basic fixes as thermostat settings even before a technician is dispatched), processing refunds, and tracking orders.

Fin also provides in-field tech support, including step-by-step diagnostic procedures and access to technical manuals in real time.

Pricing: fee per resolution, with minimum of 50 resolutions per month, Intercom Messenger extra per seat/month; free trial available.

Classet

Classet (www.classet.ai) is an AI-powered hiring platform/recruiting assistant designed for facilitating efficient high volume hiring of employees for skilled trades (as well as retail and light industrial roles). The solution’s AI voice recruiter, Joy, automates early-stage candidate engagement, contacts candidates within seconds of application, conducts structured screening interviews instantly, and automates follow-ups.

According to the developer, essentially the online assistant replaces a recruiter or office administrator, with phone-based interviews. This works well for job-seeking technicians, who can interview from their trucks 24/7, between jobs, or after their shift ends.

How it works: You customize your interview script using templates or you can create your own script with tone, questions, and candidate FAQs, all tailored to the specific role. AI messaging via SMS and email enables qualifying candidates almost instantly and guides them through your funnel automatically.

An onscreen menu gives quick access to a chart that shows candidate name and role, when they applied, current status (e.g. short-listed, considered), as well as the audio recording of the interview.

After the interview, you get instant interview summaries, recordings, structured data, and transcripts, delivered straight to your inbox or ATS (Applied Trading System) for quick filtering out top candidates for review based on qualifications and key words.

Joy interviews typically run five to 10 minutes. Candidates can complete them 24/7, with no scheduling required.

Pricing: three scaled plans, differentiated by volume and support level. Base and Pro (fee per month, billed annually), scaled by top number of interviews per month, with Pro adding advanced analytics and reporting and a dedicated success manager and priority support. The Enterprise plan offers additional features such as custom integration and custom onboarding (fee per month, billed annually), with plans differentiated by volume and support level.

Any plan can be enhanced via modular add-ons, including additional languages, custom SMS flows—enabling branded text messaging for candidate outreach—and custom data and analytics dashboards for hiring metrics and pipeline insights. Every plan includes unlimited seats.

FacetTRAK

Aimed at operators of small to medium sized service businesses, FacetTRAK work ticketing and task management software (www.facettrak.com) provides capabilities for real time data for billing and task management, including time tracking and invoicing both in the office and in the field. According to the developer, it is designed to be intuitive and is configured to enable technicians new to using a CRM to create tickets in under 30 seconds.

FacetTRAK integrates with QuickBooks Online (Essentials plan) and QuickBooks Enterprise (Premium plan) through a smart integration option that allows your employees to enter time in FacetTRAK, with invoices created automatically. The solution supports on-demand reporting tailored to your needs, built-in budgeting flows, attachment areas for photos and documents, checklist capabilities, and Gantt charts. You can see service slots and stats overall or by employee.

The Dispatch Panel facilitates seeing which employees are free to book and handle another ticket.  Smart queues assist assigning tickets based on severity and priority.

The solution lets you track time over multiple days or on-site visits. Office users can get instant, real-time updates while a team is on the road.  Customers can sign off on work electronically. FacetTRAK also handles tracking offline tickets, with the ability to access, create, or modify tickets anytime, anywhere.  Users can see customer histories quickly, including past tickets, worklogs, and notes.

Two plans are available: Essentials, described above, and Premium, which includes seamless integration with QuickBooks Enterprise, an intuitive CRM module for engaging and tracking prospective customers by email and calls (calling minutes purchased separately) and a project management module (for which a set-up fee may apply) to create flows for common or recurring projects and to visually represent budgets and deadlines with Gantt charts and budget metrics. Free 30-day trial.
