NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Watts has launched its “Fast Track to Labor Savings” eLearning campaign, a new training initiative built to help contractors, engineers, and installers tackle one of the industry’s biggest challenges: doing more work with fewer hands.
Available through Watts Works Online, the campaign delivers dozens of short, focused modules—many offered in Spanish and French—designed to provide practical, job-ready knowledge that can be applied immediately in the field.
“In the fast-paced and labor-constrained environment we are all facing today, it is more important than ever to know how to get work done faster, be more efficient, and keep projects moving with confidence,” said Gregory Gyorda, Director of Employee and Customer Training at Watts Water Technologies. “Whether you’re a contractor, engineer, facility team, counter staff, or new to the industry, there’s relevant, high-impact training available to help you save time from project start to finish.”
On-Demand Training Focused on Real Jobsite Applications
The Watts Works platform offers a wide range of modules covering core plumbing and hydronics topics, including digital mixing, balancing valves, backflow prevention, drainage systems, commercial washroom applications, smart and connected products, and scale prevention.
Each course is structured to be completed quickly, allowing contractors and technicians to build knowledge without stepping away from the job for extended periods. Participants can also earn credits for each completed module, with additional incentives for those who complete 20 or more courses during the campaign.
Hands-On Learning Reinforces Installation Best Practices
In addition to online training, Watts continues to invest in in-person education through its Watts Works Learning Centers, where contractors can gain hands-on experience with real-world systems and applications.
The Horne Learning Center in North Andover, Massachusetts, serves as the company’s flagship training facility. The center features working mechanical rooms, pressurized water labs, and live product demonstrations that allow attendees to interact directly with drainage, backflow prevention, and water quality systems.
These sessions are designed to reinforce installation efficiency, system performance, and jobsite safety—giving contractors a clearer understanding of how products perform in actual operating conditions.
Training Built to Support Workforce Development
With expanded access to both online and in-person training, Watts is continuing to invest in workforce development across the plumbing and mechanical trades. The “Fast Track to Labor Savings” campaign reflects a broader push to provide accessible, high-impact education that helps professionals improve productivity and keep projects moving.
