AMBLER, PA — Bradford White Corporation is expanding its investment in workforce development with new product donations and financial contributions to the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) and several plumbing and HVAC training programs across the country.
The initiative is part of Bradford White’s ongoing Industry Forward® program, which supports skilled trades education and helps prepare the next generation of plumbing and HVAC professionals through hands-on training opportunities and industry partnerships.
Product Donations Support Hands-On Technical Training
Bradford White has donated 20 water heating products to two Pennsylvania-based training facilities: the PHCC Training Center in Aston and the Western Montgomery Technical Training Center in Limerick.
The donated equipment will allow students and apprentices to train on current water heating technology while developing practical installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance skills using professional-grade equipment commonly found in the field.
Financial Contributions Strengthen Local PHCC Workforce Programs
In addition to equipment donations, Bradford White announced financial contributions to five PHCC chapters:
- PHCC of Massachusetts
- PHCC of South Dakota
- PHCC of Wisconsin
- PHCC of Texas
- PHCC of Louisiana
The funding will help support educational initiatives, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development efforts designed to address the growing demand for qualified plumbing and HVAC professionals.
