When the Service Roundtable held its International Roundtable in Las Vegas, one of the social events was held at the Stratosphere hotel and casino where the entertainment includes jumping off the top of the building. Never a shrinking violet, Service Roundtable CEO Matt Michel was the first in line to take the leap.
