In his new role as Senior Unit Business Manager–Aftermarket, Ross will lead the company’s growing aftermarket parts business. He will work closely with the Fleet and Industrial Distribution teams to provide critical parts in a timely and streamlined manner, helping customers maintain and increase the lifespan of their equipment. Ross is known as a strategic leader with a strong background in field sales and a focus on introducing new technologies and ideas into B2B industrial sectors. He has served in aftermarket roles for several major manufacturing companies across the Western U.S.
Lehmann joins the IES team with more than 25 years of sales and business development experience, having worked across a variety of products including motors, pumps, fluid handling and wastewater equipment. In his new role as a Business Unit Sales Manager, he will focus on bringing Little Giant’s growing product line to OEM customers.
Gray will also fill the role of Business Unit Sales Manager. In this position, he will take over responsibility for the company’s industrial distribution customers across the Southwest region. Gray has significant sales development and leadership experience, having worked with hydraulic pump and liquid handling manufacturers throughout his 20-year career.
