WHIPPANY, NJ — F.W. Webb Company has opened a new 27,000-square-foot wholesale store and warehouse in Whippany, New Jersey, giving plumbing, heating, HVACR and industrial contractors expanded inventory and faster access to the products they need for daily service work and construction projects.

Located at 48 South Jefferson Road, the new facility replaces the company's former Madison branch and is designed to help contractors, technicians and facility professionals save time by offering a broader selection of products in a convenient, easy-to-navigate location.

Webb Company. “Our company has made a significant commitment to supplying trade professionals in the New York metropolitan area, and this larger, upgraded facility builds on our efforts to help them work more efficiently and more effectively.”

Larger Inventory Supports Faster Jobsite Service

The new branch stocks thousands of plumbing, heating, HVACR, industrial and institutional products, including multiple piping systems, condenser units, replacement parts and complete equipment for projects of all sizes.

An open-concept, self-service layout allows contractors to quickly locate fittings, valves, tools, cleaning supplies and other everyday products, while convenient access to Routes 80, 287 and 10 helps minimize travel time between jobs.

The facility also offers will-call ordering through text, phone or the F.W. Webb mobile app, allowing customers to place orders in advance and retrieve materials quickly.

New Facility Expands Services for Trade Professionals

The Whippany location is staffed by employees from the former Madison branch, and F.W. Webb plans to hire additional team members for key positions. The branch is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to noon.

Company Continues Mid-Atlantic Growth

Later this year, F.W. Webb will open a Frank Webb Home bath, kitchen and lighting showroom at the same location, replacing the existing Madison showroom. The retail space will feature working product displays and serve homeowners, contractors and designers.

The Whippany opening is part of the company's continued expansion across the Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier this year, F.W. Webb opened a new branch in Somerdale, New Jersey, and is preparing to open another wholesale location in Central Islip, New York. The company also plans to open its second central distribution center in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, next year.

F.W. Webb has also expanded its presence throughout the Tri-State region through partnerships with Madison Square Garden, MetLife Stadium, the New Jersey Devils, the New York Yankees and New York City FC.
