BEDFORD, MA — F.W. Webb Company has opened its new Queensbury, New York, store and warehouse at 369 Corinth Road, replacing the company’s previous Queensbury location on Highland Avenue.
Designed to support residential, commercial, industrial and institutional work, the new 90,000-square-foot facility expands product availability while adding resources and services intended to help contractors work more efficiently.
The larger location is part of the company’s broader investment strategy focused on enhancing customer access, increasing inventory and strengthening support for trade professionals across the Northeast.
“Opening this larger facility strengthens our ability to support trade professionals with the products, solutions, and expertise they need to operate efficiently and grow their businesses,” said Bob Mucciarone, COO at F.W. Webb Company. “Investing in this new location is part of our footprint-wide strategy to provide state-of-the-art locations that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
Expanded Inventory Supports Daily Jobsite Needs
The new Queensbury operation includes more than 20,000 products on-site, including approximately 1,500 items new to the location.
Inventory spans plumbing, heating, HVACR and industrial applications, giving contractors access to equipment, replacement parts, tools and everyday supplies from a single location.
The facility also includes a dedicated will-call area that allows contractors to place orders by phone, text or online and quickly pick up products when needed.
Water Works Resources Expand Underground Utility Support
Additional warehouse capacity has also allowed F.W. Webb to bring Water Works products and services to the Queensbury operation.
Municipalities, utility organizations and contractors can now source products including:
- Pipe and fittings
- Fire hydrants
- Pipe fusion equipment
- Underground utility components
The expanded offering is designed to support larger infrastructure and underground utility projects throughout the region.
Training And Technical Expertise Remain A Key Focus
The facility also introduces a new training center capable of hosting more than 40 attendees for certifications, product demonstrations and technical education.
The company says the space will support ongoing learning opportunities for contractors and technicians working with evolving products and systems.
The Queensbury operation continues to be staffed by longtime team members from the previous location, several of whom have more than three decades of industry experience.
“Whether a contractor or technician needs a water heater, commercial rooftop unit, boiler board, water filtration system, or another critical item, we’ve got it,” said Chad Bliss, General Manager of F.W. Webb’s Queensbury operations. “Beyond the products we sell, our team has the expertise and industry knowledge to answer questions and offer ongoing support, making us a true partner in the success of the skilled trades.”
Additional Expansion Plans Continue
The company also plans to add a Frank Webb Home showroom at the facility in the future, providing homeowners, designers and contractors with access to kitchen, bath and lighting products.
To support growth at the new location, F.W. Webb also expects to add positions across sales, administration, warehouse operations and showroom functions.
The Queensbury opening comes during a milestone year for F.W. Webb as the company celebrates its 160th anniversary while continuing to expand its Northeast footprint and invest in new customer-facing resources.
